CASANZ is an association of members who have a professional interest in Air Quality.
The Clean Air Society of Australia and New Zealand is a non-profit, professional association that has been active for over 50 years, currently with a membership base of over 600 members. Members represent a broad range of sectors including national, state and local governments, science, business, industry, education, management and policy, legal and the general community.
Their primary objective is to ensure members and other stakeholders are well informed about air quality problems and solutions. Promoting professional excellence, continuous awareness of national and world issues and the facilitation of air quality related courses, workshops, webinars and seminars, facilitated by local and world recognised presenters.

‘Air Quality and The Built Environment’ As society has moved towards the majority of people living in urban environment, conflicts have arisen where the need to move around, warm our homes and have industry to provide has resulted in increasing effects on the air quality that we depend on.
CASANZ 2019 sought to explore the air quality issues created by these conflicts and look at actions to ensure healthy air for everyone.
Typically held in Australia and managed in-house, coming to NZ, CASANZ contracted TCT to manage the accommodation and registrations, and as financial controller for the 24th International Clean Air and Environment conference held in Queenstown, New Zealand. TCT have a great relationship with CASANZ since working together in similar capacity in 2012. TCT setup and provided the online registration system, secured and contracted hotels and rooms nights, processing of registrations, invoicing and processing of payments, setup and managed bank accounts, income reconciliation, profit & loss etc. etc. A lot of work is done in the back office no-one really knows about…
