Displays

There will be space available for display of projects / information if required.  This is free for not for profit organisations.  Please contact the Conference Organiser

Cancellations

Cancellations must be in writing. An administration fee of $150 will be charged on all cancellations prior to 5 September 2008. Thereafter refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee and will be processed after the Conference. No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure. Registrations may be reassigned to another person from the same organisation without penalty. Please notify The Conference Team of any changes prior to the Conference. One night may be charged for amendments / cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

Insurance

All insurance is the responsibility of registrants. The Conference Organising Committee, Hotel Grand Chancellor and The Conference Team accept no liability or responsibility for illness or death, injury or accident to or financial loss by any person attending the Conference, whatever the cause.

Airport transfers

These are your own responsibility. Taxis to the city cost approximately $45. Shuttles or an airport bus provide a regular and cheaper service.

Car parking

Car parking is available in the adjoining Wilson Parking Building – pay as you go.  Earlybird registration is $15 per day – prepay on arrival
