Rendezvous Grand Hotel Auckland is the forum venue and we have secured rooms at the following rates. It is necessary to prepay one night to guarantee your booking. Rooms are available at the same rate before / after the forum - please advise the dates when you register.

All rooms are tastefully furnished and recently refurbished, you will not be disappointed.
Room Rate: $205 Deluxe room (incl gst)

Breakfasts

Rendezvous Grand Hotel offer a special breakfast rate to in-house guests for $22 (usually $31)

Scenic Hotel Scenic Hotel (5 mins walk to Forum Venue) is located at 380 Queen Street and is a superb Art Deco hotel uniquely situated within the city's cultural precinct and is a short walk from Queen Street shopping.

Airport Transfers

The airport is approx 50 minute drive to the central city. A taxi fare is approximately $80 one way and a shuttle bus $32 or bus $18. Book an taxi transfer online for approx $58 one way transfer - via Air New Zealand www.airnewzealand.co.nz

Insurance

Participants carry their own risk for personal injury or loss of property during the Forum. RIMS and the administrators are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance. The Organising Committee, RIMS, Rendezvous Grand Hotel Auckland and The Conference Team accept no liability or responsibility for death or illness, or injury / accident to or financial loss by any person attending the conference, whatever the cause. Registration will indicate an acceptance of these conditions by the delegate.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged. After 25 Feb 2015 refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee and processed after the Forum. No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure whatever the cause. Registrations may be reassigned to another person from the same organisation without penalty. Please notify The Conference Team of any changes prior to the Forum.
